I don’t know about you, but having the stomach flu is one of the worst common “sicknesses” I can think of. Whether you are paying tribute to the porcelain god from one end or the other (or both), a stomach flu bug or a bout of food poisoning is enough to make you never want to eat again … EVER. Luckily there are some foods to get you on the way to your old self in no time. Keep reading for the foods to eat (and the ones to avoid) when recovering from a stomach bug.

1. Peppermint

If you have an upset stomach, peppermint tea will help ease your nausea and can also quell your upset stomach. The peppermint you choose should not be too sugary and is best consumed in a tea form. Peppermint tea is one of the most soothing foods for an upset stomach and will calm your nausea in no time. Peppermint tea is also ideal for women who are suffering from morning sickness as it does not have any negative side effects but is very effective for squashing nausea.

2. Ginger

Another food that is excellent for your digestive system and can quell nausea is ginger. Ginger is also loaded with antioxidants and is good for your entire body. You can eat ginger raw or you can also use it in meals. If you are suffering from nausea, you can drink ginger tea as this, like peppermint tea, can keep you from getting sick.

3. Rice

Rice is easy on your system and is an ideal food for someone who is getting back into eating solid foods after being sick. Rice is filling but is also a light meal and is easy to digest. Rice can be made with chicken broth as a remedy for curing a cold and as a simple way to get some bland food into your stomach.

4. Crackers

Eating crackers is another way that you can help ease your way back into solid foods if you have been sick and have not been on solid foods for some time. Crackers are often recommended for pregnant women who experience morning sickness. Just make sure you choose crackers that are low in sodium and free of unhealthy fats.

5. Bananas

Bananas are easy to digest and are often one of the first foods given to babies (who simply by their young nature have sensitive stomachs). Like rice, bananas are filling without upsetting your stomach. Bananas are also one of the best foods for an upset stomach as they are not heavy, but do provide you with needed nutrients that you may have lost when sick (such as potassium).

When you have an upset stomach, you will want to avoid these foods:

1. Dairy

Eating dairy after an upset stomach may seem like a way to calm down the stomach, but usually produces an opposite effect. Cheese is very binding and may cause constipation, while milk may cause (or worsen) diarrhea.

2. Caffeine

Caffeine (such as that contained in drinks like coffee or tea, or in chocolate) is hard on your stomach to begin with, so you for sure don’t want to jump right into these drinks/food when recovering from a troubled tummy. Once you’re back on your feet you can go back to your morning cup of java or give in to your chocolate cravings. Until then – hold off.

3. Spicy Foods

Much like caffeine, spicy foods can wreak havoc on your stomach in a normal situation, much less when you’re already sick. If you’re a fan of Mexican, Italian, Asian, or Indian fare, you should definitely stay away for at least a few days. You’ll enjoy those foods much more when you’re back to your healthy self!

4. Nuts

Nuts are hard to digest for certain people and although they are good for you, they can disturb your digestive tract even more if it is already in distress. Stay away from nuts when you are suffering from a stomach bug.

5. Tomatoes

The lycopene in tomatoes is a tremendous nutrient that you should be getting on a regular basis, but the acidity in this fruit can aggravate an already upset tum. Save your tomatoes and tomato-based foods for when you’re fully recovered!

Don’t let the stomach flu (or food poisoning, or morning sickness) get you down! By getting the “good” foods and avoiding the “bad” you can recover safely and quickly (and with fewer trips to the bathroom).

Are you looking for Christmas door decorating contest ideas? There are definitely a lot of Christmas door decorating contest ideas here. The holidays are just around the corner and once again, it’s Christmas time. There are so many ways to celebrate Christmas, be it at home, in the office, or in school. Aside from gift-giving, a lot of people celebrate the holidays with raffles and various contests. If you are looking for ideas on Christmas door decorations, then you’ve come to the right place. Let’s take a look at a couple of ideas below.

Bring together your kids and make them feel the spirit of Christmas with these Christmas door decorating contest ideas. Let’s start with your main door at home. Various Christmas decorations can be put in your door. You can ask your kids to come up with the best looking Christmas wreath. At the same time, you can ask them to come up with recycled materials to make it even more special. You can have them choose from a list of materials such as Popsicle sticks, toothpicks, newspaper, plastic cups, soda cans, or tissue boxes among others. Aside from Christmas wreaths, you can also ask them to make other Christmas decors for the door. Door rings for the door knob are easy to do for kids.

Decorating contests are also common in school and in the office. Another great idea for a contest would be to design a garland for the office or classroom. This can also be done at home if you plan to decorate a couple of doors or hallway such as your main door, back door, and even the garage door. You can assign different doors to your kids. As for the office or classroom, you can ask them to design a garland or any other Christmas door decor of your choice and the winner’s creation will be featured in the classroom or office’s main door for example.

Using reusable bags has caught on with grocery stores across the country, but many other types of businesses are slow to catch on. At some point or another, you’ll most likely be taking a plastic bag from some type of store. When you accumulate plastic bags, how can you reuse them?

Plastic bags became popular because they are a cheap, affordable way to bag groceries and goods. The bag could be thrown away after a single use. While it’s convenient in theory, disposable plastic bags have grave consequences for the environment. A single plastic bag will never disappear. Unlike other materials, plastic doesn’t biodegrade, it simply breaks apart into smaller pieces of plastic (which is actually far worse than larger pieces because they can’t be collected).

Plastic bags:

Never biodegrade.
Cause animals to suffocate and die.
Use fossil fuels to create them, increasing our dependence on foreign oil.
Are an eyesore and get caught on car antennas, mufflers, and twisted into engines

Plastic grocery bags can first of all be recycled. Many grocery stores will accept plastic bags to be recycled (usually you’ll find the receptacle near the entrance or near the can redemption center).

Recycling Plastic Bags vs. Reusing Plastic Bags

Recycling almost always uses more energy than reusing. By reusing, you’ll be giving the product a second life. When your recycle something, you’ll be using energy to turn that product into something else, which can use energy and produce emissions.

Five Reasons You Should Bring Your Own Bag

Plastic has a hugely negative effect on the environment, and also on our society. The cons far outweigh the positives of these disposable nuisances. Here are a few reasons you should consider switching to reusable bags instead of plastic:

Bringing your own bag means you’ll be carrying less to and fro. Most reusable bags hold far more than traditional disposable bags. Less trips back and forth from the car!
Each time you use your own bag, you’ll get a small credit back from grocery stores. It’s usually between 5 and 10 cents, which can add up over time.
Using your own bag reduces our dependence on foreign oil. Plastic uses fossil fuels, which are largely found in countries that don’t have the best intentions Western World. Cast your vote for locally made reusable bags instead.
You won’t have to worry about throwing away, recycling, or reusing your disposable bags. By reusing your own bags, you’ll have less clutter and less trash.
You’ll be sending a green message to your children. When they see you using your own bags, they’ll take notice and want to do the same in their lives.
If you’d like to reuse your plastic bags, they have hundreds of uses.
Ways to Reuse Your Plastic Bags

One of the most popular ways to reuse plastic bags is to use them as a trash bag.
Place them in small trash barrels in the bathroom, bedrooms, cellar, and near the cat’s litter box. Another popular use for them is to use them as doggy poop bags. If you’re going out for a walk, bring along a couple of these bags.

You can also reuse plastic bags as packaging. If you’re shipping out an item on eBay or shipping something to a friend, the bags can act as a cushion, much like packing peanuts, if you use enough of them.
Keep a plastic bag in your car to contain all of the trash that accumulates in your car. Then, simply tie off, throw away, and use another bag.
Donate your plastic bags to a local thrift store or charity. These prevents them from having to buy brand new bags.
Post an ad on Craigslist for your bags. A local business may want to use them (you can’t beat free!).
Use your bag to contain messy foods and leftovers that might otherwise leave spills. This is especially useful with soups and liquids.
Think of things that you traditionally would use plastic for and replace them with your grocery bags. If you usually put your lawn leaves in trash bags, save up your bigger shopping bags and put the leaves in there instead.
Wrap a bag around bags of flour, sugar, and other messy baking ingredients. This can help contain the mess and make for an easier clean up.

Use kitchen island ideas to better understand how to create a more functional and comfortable kitchen. Using custom kitchen islands means having the most appropriate island for your home and kitchen area based on your kitchen space and your needs. Kitchen island ideas take us back to the farmhouse kitchen, even back to medieval times when a large worktable was used to do most of the preparation work.

Besides meal preparation, the kitchen can become a gathering area for family and friends if there is enough space. Since so much happens in the kitchen on a regular basis, getting the layout right is important. The kitchen island can serve as an additional eating area, and food preparation can easily be done there. In a large kitchen, the kitchen island can shorten the distances within the working triangle (sink, refrigerator and range or cooktop) and make it more efficient.

Here are kitchen island ideas to consider when planning your kitchen:

1. Kitchen islands work best in larger L, U or G-shape kitchens. If the kitchen is too small, the kitchen island will become an obstruction and hinder easy movement. The best custom kitchen islands for small to midsize kitchens are a portable butcher block or kitchen cart for food prep or extra storage.

2. Include a ventilation hood overhead to eliminate smoke, steam and cooking odors if your kitchen island is going to have a cooktop. The range hood should extend beyond the cooking area by 3 inches or more on the sides for proper ventilation. Using the correct fan size will ensure that removal happens as intended. Have a fan capacity of about 50 cubic feet per minute (cfm) for each square foot of cooktop area.

3. A second kitchen sink can be included on the kitchen island. Use a sink that is deep enough for washing large pots and pans, and consider equipping the kitchen island with a trash compactor, garbage disposal, recycle bin and even a dishwasher. Cleanup will be much easier when these appliances are close by the sink.

4. Allow adequate countertop space on both sides (left and right) of the kitchen island if a sink or cooktop will be used. Include at least 15 inches of countertop space on each side, and if your kitchen is large enough, allow even more space. You can never have too much countertop space in a kitchen. Also, rounded countertop corners help protect everyone from bad bruises — this is true about all kitchen countertop corners.

5. Additional kitchen island ideas are to consider using shelf space on the sides of your kitchen island for cookbooks, collectibles or storage. A built-in TV works here, especially if it faces the family room. Or a microwave may work well for heating up after-school snacks and cooking foods quickly.

6. Countertop material for the island doesn’t have to match the rest of your kitchen countertops as long as it is harmonious with the room’s overall design. You may want to splurge on solid surfacing here, for example, and use laminate on the other countertops. A butcher-block countertop is ideal for chopping, while granite or marble works well for baking purposes and for rolling pastry dough.

7. Maximize natural light by having windows and skylights, and keep kitchen wall surfaces light in color to reflect daylight. Custom kitchen islands work great by using pendant or recessed fixtures to direct light onto the kitchen island and other work areas. Electrical codes will likely require that electrical outlets be located on the sides of fixed kitchen islands, not on the top, to prevent electrical shock.

Use custom kitchen islands ideas to help you know how to create an attractive area that will perform a variety of useful functions. Designed correctly, kitchen islands will make your work area more functional and efficient and will be enjoyed by everyone for many years. Read as many kitchen island ideas as you can on using an island to improve the functionality and comfort in your kitchen — after all, your kitchen is most likely the most popular room in the house.

The prostate is a gland of the male reproductive system. It is not found in women. Its primary function is the production of seminal fluid, and it also stimulates orgasm in males. The prostate gland can be affected by disease, including infectious inflammation or prostatitis, and prostate cancer, the second most deadly cancer among American males. Many people recommend milking the prostate regularly as a preventative treatment against prostate cancer and prostatitis.

Prostate milking is also referred to as prostate massage. It is a fairly simple procedure and you can do it yourself if you want to. Here are the steps to take in milking the prostate on your own:

1. Perform urination or a bowel movement in order to maximize the relaxation of the area.

2. Make sure that your fingernails are trimmed and have no jagged edges jutting out.

3. Clean your body and your hands thoroughly. Then put on a sterile latex glove on your hand. Dab a little water-based lubricant on your fingers.

4. Carefully insert your finger or fingers into your anus. Move them gradually upwards and to the back, along the area of the rectum towards the front of your body. Your fingers should be moving in roughly the direction of your navel.

5. You will feel the prostate gland, which is like a small, round bulb about the size of a large walnut. Gently massage it with a light waving motion along its sides, taking care not to press hard on the central area, where the sensitive nerves are located. Avoid touching the prostate gland with your fingernails.

6. You may experience a disconcerting sensation that makes you feel like going to the bathroom although you do not have to. Try not to let it affect you, and continue with the procedure.

7. After a few minutes, the prostate gland may be stimulated enough for ejaculation to occur. You are also likely to experience sexual pleasure or orgasm. However, the procedure does not always successfully bring about ejaculation.

Prostate milking when used as a preventative treatment may carry a few risks. It is a technique that is not recommended for men who have a disease of the prostate or acute prostatitis, an acute inflammation of the glandular tissue. The problem in such cases is that the act of milking the prostate may cause the infection to spread to other areas of the body.

Everyone is talking about the “cougar” – that infamous older woman who knows how to turn on the sex appeal and snag a much younger man. This is not a new phenomenon as women like Mrs. Robinson were well aware of the power of mature seduction in movies such as The Graduate. However, more and more men are learning the art of seducing older women. Just look at relationships like Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore or Tim Robbins who is 12 years younger than his partner Susan Sarandon. With a few simple steps, men can also learn the power of mature seduction.

If you want to seduce an older woman, you need to be able to appreciate what this type of partner has to offer. Instead of focusing on her age or her wrinkles, think about how much life experience she has to share, not to mention sexual experience. Too many men believe that only younger women make a good catch. Nothing could be further from the truth. The art of mature seduction involves recognizing and appreciating the maturity of older women. You won’t find many 40 or 50 year old women running to the bathroom to discuss their date with a girlfriend. This can be quite a refreshing change for all the naive young men who still believe they have to find a young chick to be happy.

Another import aspect to mature seduction involves maintaining an air of class, sophistication and intelligence. Older women have probably suffered a lot of bad dates throughout their lifetime. Therefore, you need to turn up the charm even more when you are trying to seduce an older woman. “Cougars” aren’t interested in horny little gum-chewing boys who can’t maintain a decent conversation to save their life. They are looking for a gentleman who can discuss politics, world events and which type of wine will best accompany the dinner you are enjoying. The more intelligent and sophisticated you appear, the faster you will be able to take advantage of her sexual experience in the bedroom.

You should also avoid “parading” or boasting about your attributes or possessions when trying to seduce an older woman. Many women are becoming more powerful and climbing the corporate ladder these days. So you can bet an older woman will soon lose interest when you start bragging to her about your flashy new car or countless sexual exploits. She will notice your expensive Porsche or designer suit on her own; you don’t need to remind her of them. Instead, find a way to compliment an older woman about her own accomplishments. Masters of mature seduction know this is the key to winning over older women.

If you are a young guy who wants to seduce an older woman, take some tips from the pros. Learn to appreciate all the great qualities a mature woman who like old wine, offers you a potent taste of intelligence, class, and sophistication. Truly for the connoisseur who appreciates only the best in life.

You feel queasy. You’re experiencing a headache. You just don’t feel too good. Blame it on yesterday’s seafood? Or are you catching a cold? Or could it be that you’re pregnant? How can you tell the difference?

This article will hope fully lead on the right path. We will discuss early pregnancy symptoms and signs that you should keep an eye out for.

One of the most telling sign of being pregnant is a delay in your menstruation. If you miss your period and have been sexually active, then you should take a pregnancy test kit. Keep in mind that many women still get bleeding, but it will be lighter and for shorter days.

Besides missing your period, you could also experience some spotting or light bleeding. This normally takes place very early in the pregnancy stages, somewhere between 6 to 12 days after the conception. This happens when the tiny embryo clings itself onto the wall of your uterus.

Once you are pregnant, there will be changes to your body. One significant change is the swelling of breasts. Women tend to get swollen breasts as early as 1 – 2 weeks into the pregnancy. The breasts are sore and tender and can be a discomforting experience for women. Besides breasts tenderness, women could also experience the darkening of the areolas. The nipples tend to grow darker when you are pregnant.

One thing that sends shivers down the spine of soon-to-be mothers is the morning sickness or nausea. Nausea is experienced by many pregnant women anytime between weeks 2 – 8 after conception. And even though it’s called morning sickness, you can get it at anytime of the day. You might not have to throw up, but the queasy feeling is still there. The good news, it will not last forever. Some women are very fortunate in the sense that they never have to go through morning sickness. However there are some unlucky women who go through morning sickness right through their pregnancy.

When you’re pregnant, you could experience extreme tiredness or fatigue. This can keep you in bed, as you’re often sleepy or just don’t want to get out of bed. This is normal for an expecting woman.

And if that’s not hard enough, another symptom of pregnancy is the frequent urination. You may feel like you just want to sit near the bathroom all day, or that your bladder just can’t hold it in any longer. Pregnant women have to put up with this and make extra trips to the bathroom every day.

Expecting women also experience aches – backaches and headaches. Early in the pregnancy, you may experience lower backaches. Backaches are also common throughout the entire time you are pregnant. Your body has to cope with a growing belly and this can strain your back, thus you may experience a dull backache all this time. As your body changes, so do your hormones. As a result of this, you may find yourself experiencing headaches early in your pregnancy.

And of course, who can forget the food cravings of the pregnant woman. Of course it might not be a longing to eat odd combinations of food like sardines and chips, but many pregnant women feel a craving for some types of food. This craving could also last for the entire pregnancy.

The above are the most common symptoms that a woman may go through in the early stages (and some till the end) of pregnancy. Should you experience these symptoms, get a pregnancy test kit or meet with your doctor. Do remember that the symptoms might vary, as everyone is unique and that each woman is different.

It may come as a surprise to hear that some men actually wear feminine girdles. Or then again, maybe this news does not come as a surprise once you consider cross dressers and drag queens who wear these undergarments. However, there is a great number of men who prefer to wear female girdles who neither cross dress or compete in drag queen contests. They simply find that girdles manufactured for women offer firmer stomach control, greater back support, and are more effective in streamlining their physical appearance than the few male girdles on the market. If you are interested in feminine girdles for men, it pays to get familiar with brand names that are associated with top quality.

Open Bottom or Panty Girdles?

Compared to male girdles, women’s girdles are much more accessible to the average consumer. Simply walk into most major department stores and you will find an incredible variety of female girdles. There are two major kinds: Open bottom (OPG) and panty girdles (PG). Open bottom girdles typically come with belt attached. Most men will have no use for the garter belts, so either look for a brand with detachable garter belts or simply remove them from your undergarment. Panty girdles come in various styles from the brief to long leg. Many men who wear feminine girdles share a preference for the open bottom girdles. These undergarments are much more bathroom-friendly, which translate into increased ease for everyday wear.

Rago Open Bottom Girdles

Rago of New York has been in the business of constructing quality girdles for over 50 years. You will find that these undergarments use quality materials, have excellent worksmanship, as well as great fit. What this translates to is a long lasting undergarment. Open bottom girdles can range in price from about $20 to upwards of $50. If you are interested in everyday wear, then you absolutely need a quality garment that will hold up after laundering.

Rago undergarments come in a variety of sizes – all the way up to what is considered traditional women’s plus size wear. Sizing can be tricky when converting from men’s to women’s sizes. Men’s girdles typically correspond with your pants size. Women’s girdles fit according to waist and hip measurements. You will want to break out a tape measure and check sizing charts to get the best fit. Lucky for you, sizing charts are readily accessible online through most major retailers. Always make sure to consult the size charts before you purchase your girdle.

Rustic bathroom vanities come in many different styles to compliment and complete the look of many bathroom designs. Rustic designs can fit into many overall themes and designs from a log cabin design, a rustic country home, an Adirondack theme, a North woods cabin, or lake cottage home; all are compatible with a rustic bathroom design. In addition, regional design themes of Western Ranch or Southwestern would be complimented by a rustic vanity as part of a themed bathroom to blend into a design of a home.

Bringing natural elements into the home’s decor can compliment many compatible design themes including dried flowers, field and rough natural stones, as well as many natural wooden pieces. Furniture made of wood with many exposed knots, and rough, unfinished surfaces are common design elements. Wood paneling and logs are popular to mimic the look of a log cabin or cottage. Combining older furniture with new pieces is common in many of these designs. The natural look of stone elements can be incorporated into a mantle. Reclaimed and re-purposed logs, along with natural elements and iron railings are common in rustic designs.

Rustic design elements can include salvaged wood and handmade furniture with an unpolished look. A rough, handmade overall look of furniture adorned by fabrics and textiles that have a less refined look of being handmade and not fine or delicate. The blend of rustic themed designs can evoke a sense of coziness and warmth, as you would expect in a log cabin or cottage. Natural colors compliment the design palette of muted earth tones. Outdoor colors of wood, greens, and warm autumn colors, including reds, compliment the honey golden hue of the wood that can be common in these designs. Rustic lighting fixtures with natural elements, including shades made of animal hide or a wrought iron base, blend easily with many designs compatible with rustic designs.

Rustic bathroom designs use many natural elements including rustic bathroom vanities. Log paneled walls to mimic a log cabin would add interest. Hardwood floors or soft pine floors have been traditional but more contemporary natural cork flooring can be blended in with natural wood cabinets. Plain wooden shelves of knotty pine or roughhewn wooden planks add places for storage as well places to hold more decorative objects while naturally including their own natural design elements. Hand-tied knotted rag rugs can add a whimsical, soft element to a rustic bathroom.

Although natural decorative objects such as dried flowers and pine cones add whimsy on shelves in bowls, art can also be hung on walls. Framed photographs or hand drawings of forest scenes and other landscape prints can bring the outdoors into the home and blend well into the design. Pictures and drawings of wildlife that may surround the natural environment of the home may also be included. A lovely picture or drawing of a native bird or bear would thrill visitors and remind them of the setting just outside the home. Frames can be made of wood with decorative accents. Knotted wooded doors for the bathroom can be seen throughout a house to blend from room to room.

Rustic bathroom vanities can be crafted from reclaimed wood, just as long planks can be crafted into long dining room tables. Many rustic bathroom vanities have been retrofitted from rustic furniture. Re-purposing furniture with previous lives used in other rooms of the house can be cut to accommodate the plumbing of a bathroom sink. Many modern vanity models made by modern manufacturers come in sizes to fit any bathroom with many customizable options. Wood and stain color can vary to fit the rest of the bathroom’s decor. Vanities can be designed to look like other furniture throughout the house.

Conversion Vans vs. Mini Motorhome (Class B RV)

How many people know the difference between a Conversion Van, Camper Van, or Mini-Motorhome? Knowing the differences can help an individual make “Good Purchase Decisions”. The right Van can be your daily transportation or RV. The differences become important for simple reasons like:How much will it cost me to insure my vehicle?

How do I determine a fair “Blue Book” price to buy or sell?
Does my neighborhood association allow me to park my Van at Home?
Safety: Is my Vehicle Crash Tested by a Government Agency?
Who will service my Van when I need repairs or maintenance?

Conversion Vans are not Motorhomes, but they can offer many of the features of a Motorhome. So let us clear up the differences!

Keep in mind there is room to stretch from one class of vehicle to another; and there is no defacto industry definition; just guidelines. Search the listings at RVTRADER.com and you’ll find many Class C’s mixed into the Class B listings not to mention the Class B’s in the Bus Conversions. You’ll even find ordinary Conversion Vans in the mix. It seems people really don’t know what they have! Confusing isn’t it? We love vans and own several different types and is how we at Conversion-Vans.NET define the Vehicle Classes.

Cargo Van – A Cargo van is a vehicle provided direct from the Manufacture with no rear seats, carpeting, or windows. These vans can be “Up fitted or Converted” to meet the needs of a variety of purposes.

Camper Van – This is the simple conversion of a stock cargo van to add features helpful for “camping”. So a Camper Van is any van that has been converted for the purpose of camping – simple enough! Yes and No. There is no such thing as a commercial “Camper Van” – unless you get outside of the USA where the nomenclature changes. Camper Vans are typically “Homemade” modifications. A Class B Motorhome can be Called a Camper Van if you please, but you can not call a Camper Van a Class B Motorhome unless it has some very specific features! (See next)

Class B Motorhome (Class B RV) – Any full fledged Motorhome built on a Cargo Van Chassis by a licensed up fitter. The van may have the top removed or the sides widened, but it is still essentially a van in size and shape. Additionally in order to qualify as a Class B Motorhome the van must have built-in sleeping, eating, and bathroom facilities (Including properly mounting fresh and grey water holding tanks). If the frame of the van has been cut down clear to the floor level (they come direct from Ford, Chevy, and Dodge this way – just a frame and a cab) and built up completely from the floor it’s a Class “C” not a Class “B”.

Conversion Van (aka Luxury Van, Custom Van) – Any van that has been customized for comfort can be considered a conversion van. These are really luxury vehicles used to transport 6-10 people in comfort. Conversion vans can have some of the features of a “Camper Van” or even a “Class B Motorhome”, but are typically more upscale and designed for daytime use and luxury transportation. These vans may have a raised roof, fancy paintjob, Custom Wheels, Leather Seats, 4 Captains chairs, dual stereo, TV/VCR Combos etc.

Mini C’s & B+’s – These are really Class “C” Motorhomes masquerading as Class B Motorhomes. They feature sleek aerodynamic body styles – often made of a single fiberglass shell. The Chinook line of Motorhomes by TrailWagons, Inc. is probably the best example. These are also sometimes referred to as B+ Vans. They are in fact built from the same chassis as a Class C, but are made more to look like a Call B. Confusing? Ultimately it doesn’t matter, as long as you find what you want.

So there you have it! The Van is an incredibly versatile mode of transportation that can be “converted” to suit the needs of a variety of individuals and purposes. Vans offer large storage capacity for hauling cargo to completely self contained luxury travel. So don’t just rush out and get a giant RV until you have considered a Conversion Van or Class B RV.
